End User License Agreement

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING RUNEPILOT AI.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

RunePilot AI ("Licensor") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the RunePilot AI software and services ("Software") in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Use the Software for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the Software in violation of applicable laws

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Software and all related materials, including but not limited to algorithms, user interfaces, graphics, and documentation, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Licensor.

4. USER CONTENT

By using the Software, you grant Licensor a license to use, store, and process any content you submit, including chat messages and RuneScape-related queries, solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5. AI GENERATED CONTENT

The Software uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses are for informational purposes only
• AI may occasionally provide inaccurate information
• You are responsible for verifying critical information
• Licensor is not liable for decisions made based on AI responses

6. RUNESCAPE CONTENT

The Software provides information about RuneScape, a game developed by Jagex Ltd. You acknowledge that:

• RuneScape content is owned by Jagex Ltd
• The Software is not affiliated with or endorsed by Jagex Ltd
• Game information may change without notice
• Licensor is not responsible for RuneScape game content accuracy

7. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

Premium features require a subscription. You agree to:

• Pay subscription fees as specified
• Automatic renewal of subscriptions
• 30-day cancellation notice requirement
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

8. TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

9. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Licensor harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Software or violation of this Agreement.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Licensor is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
