By accessing and using RunePilot AI ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

RunePilot AI is an artificial intelligence assistant designed to help RuneScape players with game-related information, including quests, skills, items, and gameplay mechanics. The Service is provided free of charge to all users.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information

4. Donations and Payment Processing

RunePilot AI is free to use. Optional donations help support development and server costs.

• Payment Processing: All donations are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe")
• Data Sharing: When you make a donation, we share necessary payment information with Stripe to process your transaction
• Stripe's Terms: Donations are also subject to Stripe's Terms of Service
• One-Time Payments: All donations are one-time payments, not recurring subscriptions
• No Refunds: Donations are final and non-refundable, except as required by law
• Discord Access: Donations of $1.00 or more provide permanent access to our Discord community
• Currency: All donations are processed in USD

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect and process your data:

• Stripe: Payment processing for donations (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy)
• Discord: Community access for eligible donors (subject to Discord's Terms of Service)
• Jagex APIs: RuneScape game data retrieval (publicly available data only)

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute harmful or malicious content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission

6. Content and Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, RunePilot AI provides information for entertainment and reference purposes. We are not responsible for:

• Accuracy of game information (RuneScape content changes)
• Financial losses from using our market data
• Decisions made based on our recommendations

7. Privacy

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability
